摘  要:目的:研究制何首乌单用或伍用白蒺藜对小鼠肝脏的毒性作用。方法:设高、低剂量组,比较给药6周末、停药2周以及给药8周末时单用制何首乌和白蒺藜以及两药伍用后对小鼠肝脏的毒性作用。结果:高、低剂量组两药单用和伍用后对小鼠肝酶系统以及肝脏指数的影响均无明显差异;各期小鼠肝脏病理观察均有一定程度的变化,这种变化可能与用药剂量和用药疗程呈正相关。结论:在实验剂量及疗程下,制何首乌单用或伍用白蒺藜对小鼠肝酶系统基本无影响,但需避免长期大剂量使用。OBJECTIVE:To study on hepatotoxicity of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and Tructus terrestris alone or in combination on mice.METHODS:High-dose and low-dose groups were set up.The hepatotoxicity of Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and T.terrestris alone or in combination on mice was evaluated at the end of 6th week,2 week after stopping drug withdrawal and at the end of 8th week.RESULTS:No matter what high or low dose Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and T.terrestris alone or in combination,the liver enzymes and the liver index both had no significant difference.However,pathomorphological observation suggested there were changes in different stages.The pathomorphological change was probably proportional to the amount and period of dose.CONCLUSION:Polygoni Multiflori Radix Praeparata and T.terrestris alone or in combination have no evident influence on liver enzymes of mice with experimental dose and period,but long-term high dose usage should be avoided to prevent possible damnification.
