摘　　要：目的:优选三草方抗肺癌有效组分群的提取工艺。方法:以乙醇浓度、溶剂用量、提取次数和提取时间为考察因素,以总黄酮、总萜类、芦丁、齐墩果酸、咖啡酸、迷迭香酸的含量为评价指标,采用正交设计法并结合细胞药效试验进行提取工艺优选。结果:优选出的最佳工艺为8倍量75%乙醇,提取3次,每次2h。结论:该方法简便、稳定,可用于三草方抗肺癌有效组分群的提取。OBJECTIVE：To optimize the extraction technology for anticancer active component group in Sancaofang.METHODS：The extraction technology of anticancer active component group was optimized by orthogonal design and cell experiment using total flavonoids,total terpene,rutin,oleanolic acid,caffeic acid and rosmarinic acid as index and with ethanol concentration,solvent volume,extraction times and extraction time as factors.RESULTS：The optimal extraction process was adding 8 times amount of 75% alcohol,refluxing and extracting for 3 times,2 h each time.CONCLUSION：The extraction process is simple and stable,and it is available for the extraction of anticancer component group in Sancaofang.
