高新技术企业标准竞争风险产生机理研究——基于高清碟机技术标准竞争案例分析

摘　　要：在当今技术迅猛发展的时代,高新技术企业间的标准竞争极其普遍,技术标准之争愈演愈烈,谁掌握了标准谁就掌握了主动权和话语权,大量企业不惜耗费巨资投入技术标准研发上,然而在技术标准竞争的背后却存在着大量的风险。通过高清碟机标准竞争案例,借鉴波特的五力竞争模型,从现有标准之间竞争风险、联盟风险、市场风险、替代产品风险、潜在标准进入风险等维度分析了高新技术企业标准竞争风险产生的机理,并结合案例重点对前三个风险产生机理进行了论证。In today＇s era of rapid development of technology,technical standards competition of high-tech enterprises is widespread,technical standards battle intensified,who holds the standard will come to dominate the market.Large number of companies invests heavily in research and development of technical standards.However behind the technical standard of competition there are lots of risks.In this paper,by the cases of standard competition of the high-definition disc player,and reference the Porter＇s Five Competitive Forces Model,from their own risk,union risk,market risk,alternative risk,the potential risk,author analysis the producing mechanism of risk of technical standards competition among high-tech enterprises.Author emphasizes on the analysis of first three risk generating mechanism by this case.
