摘　　要：目的:建立测定丹夏乳癖片中丹参素含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(10∶90),检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,柱温为30℃。结果:丹参素进样量在0.49～3.64μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均加样回收率为99.78%,RSD=1.07%(n=6)。结论:本方法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,可用于丹夏乳癖片的质量控制。OBJECTIVE：To establish the method for the content determination of danshensu in Danxia rupi tablets.METHODS：HPLC method was adopted.Diamonsil C18（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm） column was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid（10：90） at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm and column temperature was 30 ℃.RESULTS：The linear ranges of danshensu was 0.49～3.64 μg with an average recovery of 99.78%（RSD=1.07%,n=6）.CONCLUSION：The method is simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Danxia rupi tablets.
