摘  要:目的:为进一步开发和利用核桃楸树皮的药用成分提供参考。方法:从核桃楸树皮70%的乙醇回流提取物中,分别经溶剂分级萃取,取乙酸乙酯萃取相,经硅胶柱色谱分离,得到2个条带,收集后进行质谱分析。结果:供试品Ⅰ的2个主要成分的分子量在317和437左右,供试品Ⅱ的3主要成分分子量在303、437和453左右,其中质谱分子量303、317、437的组分在供试品Ⅰ和Ⅱ中均有出现。结论:初步判定两样品中可能含有槲皮素及杨梅苷,另外还可能含新的未知成分,需要做进一步的分离鉴定。OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the further development and application of medicinal constituents of Juglans mandshurica stem-barks.METHODS:70% ethanol extracts of J.mandshurica stem-barks were extracted by solvent classification extraction and ethyl acetate extraction phase was separated on silica gel column.Two compositions were isolated and these compositions were analyzed by mass spectrum.RESULTS:The molecular weight of two main compositions in sample I were about 317 and 437,and that of three main compositions of sample Ⅱ were about 303,437 and 453,respectively.The molecular weight of these components 303,317 and 437 had appeared in the sample I and Ⅱ.CONCLUSION:Two samples maybe contain quercetin and myricetin in consideration of a preliminary analysis.New constituents maybe discovered,which require further separation and identification.
