中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法:将80例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为2组。对照组40例给予口服柳氮磺胺吡啶(SASP)治疗;治疗组40例给予口服SASP和中药保留灌肠治疗。2组均以1个月为一疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果:总有效率治疗组为95.00%,对照组为77.50%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后临床症状缓解情况及结肠镜检查结果治疗组与对照组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical curative effect of 80 cases of ulcerative colitis treated by the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.METHODS：80 patients were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients of control group were given oral dose of salazosulfapyridine.Another 40 patients in treatment group were given oral dose of SASP and traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.One treatment course lasted for one month,two groups both received two treatment course.RESULTS：The total effective rate of treatment group was 95.00% and that of control group was 77.50%.There were significant difference between two groups（P0.05）.There were significant difference in clinical symptom relief and colonoscopy results between two groups（P0.05）.CONCLUSION：It has a remarkable curative effect to treat ulcerative colitis using the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema.
