摘 要:采用分光光度法研究了电子受体2,3-二氯-5,6-二氰基-1,4-对苯醌(DDBQ)与电子供体利多卡因(LD)的荷移反应,发现DDBQ与LD在乙腈中生成稳定的离子缔合物,并通过Job's plot确定DDBQ和LD的摩尔比为1:1。LD与DDBQ在587nm处形成强特征吸收峰。据此建立了一种测定注射液中LD含量的荷移分光光度法。LD浓度在0~8.0×10-4 mol/L范围内符合朗伯一比尔定律,R=0.9984,回收率为102.8%~104.9%,RSD为0.97%~1.2%。离子缔合物的结合常数为5.05×102,自由能变化为-15.45kJ/mol。此方法已用于注射液中LD含量的测定。The charge-transfer reaction of 2, 3-dichloro- 5, 6-dicyano- 1, 4-benzoquinone (DDBQ)as an electron acceptor with lidocaine as an electron donor was investigated by spectrophotometry. In acetonitrile, DDBQ was found to react with lidocaine and produce a stable charge-transfer complex, meanwhile the job' s plot has been applied to establish the mole ratio of lidocaine to DDBQ with was found to be 1 : 1. The addition of lidocaine base to the DDBQ solution cause an immediate change in the absorption spectrum, with new characteristic hand peaking at 587nm. Therefore a highly-selective charge-transfer reaction method for the determination of LD has been developed. The results showed that Beer's law is obeyed in the ranges of 0 -8.0 × 10^-4 mot/L for lidoeaine, with R = 0. 9984, the recoveries are from 102. 8% to 104. 9% , and RSDs range from 0.97% to 1.2%. The binding constant of charge-transfer complex is 5.05 × 10^2, and Gibbs free energy is -15.45 k J/tool. The method has been applied to the determination of lidocaine in injections with satisfactory results.
