摘  要:碘硫(IS)热化学循环分解水是目前最有前景的核能制氢技术。在IS循环研究中,I-浓度的在线分析对于实现过程反应条件的监测控制以及进行有关反应动力学研究非常重要。以碘离子选择性电极为检测器,针对IS循环物料组成体系组装了一套流动注射分析系统,考察了样品温度、氢离子浓度、离子强度等因素对电极性能的影响,对FIA装置的载流流速和进样量等参数进行了优化,并对该系统进行了性能评估。结果表明,其检测范围下限约2mg/L,采样频率40次/h,对于低浓度样品(ρ(I-)<7000mg/L),采样频率可超过60次/h,能够满足I-浓度在线分析的要求。此外,此装置还可用于浓度0.1~2mol/L范围H+的在线测量。The Iodine-Sulphur thermo-chemical water-splitting process is considered as one of the most promising way of massive hydrogen production.For monitoring and controlling the process conditions or carrying out relative kinetics study,it is essential to determine the concentration of I-online.A flow injection analysis system with I-ionic selective electrode(ISE) as a detector was designed and constructed.The main factors influencing the electrode performance,such as temperature and ionic strength were studied,and the operational parameters including carrier flow rate and injection volume were optimized.The performance of the device was evaluated,the results show that the detection limit for iodine ion is about 2mg/L,and the sampling rate reaches at least 40/h,or 60/h for lower concentration samples.Therefore,the device could meet the demand for online determination of I-.In addition,the device may be used to online determine the concentration of H+ in the range of 0.1-2mol/L.
