摘  要:本文主要研究一种用多次通过试验台对烧结金属纤维毡进行等级划分的试验方法,这种方法模拟了用纤维毡制作的滤芯在实际工况中的使用环境。多次通过试验台对试验过程的控制,将试验时间均分为10份,在相同的时间间隔里对粉尘的粒径、数量、滤芯压降、注入粉尘量进行检测,同时用计算机将每一个时间段采集到的数据进行处理,用过滤比、过滤效率、纳污容量与粒径的关系等指标对过滤材料进行评价。通过试验得知,用多次通过试验台可准确测出用不同规格纤维毡制作的滤芯的过滤比和过滤效率,由此可计算出不同过滤效率下的过滤精度值,为划分滤芯等级提供了依据,通常我们把过滤比(xβ)为75时,过滤效率(xη)为98.7%时的过滤精度值定义为纤维毡的名义过滤精度。文章最后列出了用ISOMTD粉尘和用ACFTD粉尘检测的纳污容量及过滤比(βx)、过滤效率(xη)与试验粉尘粒径数据,其中用ISOMTD粉尘检测的数据已经用在GB/T20100国标中。In this paper,we mainly investigated a method which was used to rate the filter class of sintered metal fibre felt using the muti-pass test stand,it simulated the real environment that the filter made by fibre felt used in.In the process of the experiment,the experiment time was divided to 10 time intervals.In each interval,the diameter and the quantity of the dust,pressure drop of filter core,dirt injection quantity were tested,and at the same time,the computer was used to process the data in the experiment.The filteration materials was evaluated by the relationship between the filtration ratio,filtration efficiency,dirt holding capacity and the diameter of the dust.The experimental results show that filtration ratio and filtration efficiency of the filter made by fiber felt can be precisely got,so we can calculate the nominal filtration rating in different filtration efficiency.This provides a basis for rating the filter class.When the value of filtration ratio(βx)is 75,filtration efficiency(ηx)is 98.7%,the filtration rating is called nominal filtration rating.This paper also shows the data got by ISOMTD dust testing and ACFTD dust testing.These data includes dirt holding capacity,filtration ratio(βx),filtration efficiency(ηx)and diameter of the dust.The data obtained by the ISOMTD dust testing have been used in the GB/T20100.
