摘　　要：采用文献资料和逻辑分析法,从激励相容角度对我国优秀运动员的流动机制进行分析,指出我国优秀运动员流动机制的形成受到国家体育总局强制性权力、运动员和直属组织的利益和理性、运动员人性发展的规律和反映人类社会发展规律的影响。"三角制约型"优秀运动员流动机制使得制度对运动员和运动员直属组织的激励作用降低,出现激励负效应。优秀运动员流动的"非平衡态"开放机制能够实现对运动员、运动员直属组织和国家体育总局的激励相容。The flowing mechanism was analyzed by materials and logic methods from the angle of incentive compatibility.The mandatory power of General Administration of Sport,the benefit and nous of athlete＇s and the organization;the law of human＇s development are all have influence on the forming of the mechanism of athlete flow.The mechanism like triangle weakens the incentive effect,get incentive un-compatibility to some extent as endow with power to event center.The unbalance and open system can get incentive compatibility to athlete,the organization and General Administration of Sport.
