摘　　要：城市历史街区是一个城市的缩影和象征,集中体现了一个城市深厚的文化底蕴,反映了城市的文化特质和精神气氛。历史街区保护是一个动态过程,必须兼顾历史与现在、物质与非物质关系,同时要处理好保护与利用、继承与更新等多方面的关系。中国一汽历史街区是长春市的重要历史街区,在保护规划中,应充分考虑其价值和现状,从强化空间景观规划、建立保护测评体系、实施社区居民参与、注重街区容量等方面入手,以期全面综合、科学有效地进行保护。Historical area is the epitome and symbol of the city,which reflects the culture and spiritual civilization.To preserve historical area is a vital step of the conservation of historical cultural heritages in city.The conservation of historical area is a dynamic course;we should consider the relationship between the history and today,the material and non-material.China First Automobile Works historical area which is one of most import historical areas in Changchun,should be consider the value and current situation when it to be protected.There are several aspects should be taken seriously as follows： strengthen the landscape space plan,build evaluate system,enforce community participation and control environment capacity.
