摘 要:目的优化长爪沙鼠剖腹净化的技术方法。方法在超净工作台中对长爪沙鼠进行剖腹取胎,选择有2~3胎哺乳经验的ICR母鼠代乳,统计子鼠成活率和离乳率,绘制生长曲线。分别按小鼠微生物学和寄生虫学质量控制标准,对1月龄和2月龄的子鼠进行检测。结果代乳成活率超过50%,微生物学和寄生虫学检测均符合小鼠相关国家标准。代乳鼠与非代乳鼠其生长曲线没有差异。结论长爪沙鼠剖腹取胎,以ICR小鼠代乳方法,可以达到微生物净化的目的。Objective To optimize the technique of cleaning the gerbils through cesarotomy. Methods To clean the gerbils through cesarotomy in super-clean stable and the youngest animals were suckled by ICR mice which can skillful suck in barrier system. The rate of livability was dealt and the growth carve was drown. The baby mice were detected at 30-day-old and 60-day-old following the state standard for clean mouse. Results The livability of gerbils by foster nursing was over 50% and these animals were up to the mustard of state standard for clean mouse. There were no difference between the growth carve of normal gerbils and gerbils by foster nursing. Conclusion Clean gerbils can be obtained throughcesarotomyand by foster nursing using ICR mouse.
