摘  要:金融产品是沟通银行和小企业的关键桥梁。针对中小企业的金融需求,创新产品与服务,无论对商业银行、中小企业还是我国金融生态环境的优化而言都具有重要意义。为适应金融危机后经济模式的转变,推动适合中小企业需求特点的金融产品和信贷模式创新,提升市场拓展与经营能力,我国商业银行围绕突破传统信贷配给技术、创新中小企业金融服务进行了很多有益探索。文章提出,银行和企业或产业供应链集成化管理结合的产物——金融供应链,在交易成本节约、信息共享、监督机制及市场效率等方面,与传统供应链融资相比有了重大改进,应成为我国商业银行探索商业化模式创新的新领域。Financial product is the important bridge for communication between banks and small enterprises. Meeting the financial demand of SMEs and making innovation in product and service is of great significance for commercial banks, SMEs and the optimization of China's financial Eco-environment. To adapt to the changes of economic pattern in the post-financialcrisis era, promote innovation in financial product and pattern of credit suitable to the characteristics of SMEs and improve the commercial banks" capacity for market exploring and operation, commercial banks in China have made so many valuable exploration in breaking through the traditional technology of credit ratio and making innovation in financial service for SMEs. The author puts forward that financial supply chain, the product of integrated management of banks and enterprises or industrial supply chain, is much more advanced than traditional supply chain financing in terms of reducing transaction cost, information sharing, supervision mechanism and market efficiency; and it should become a new field for China's commercial banks to explore making innovation in commercial patterns.
