摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜在急腹症的诊断和治疗中应用的可行性。方法回顾分析39例急腹症患者施行腹腔镜诊断和治疗的临床资料。结果 28例与术前诊断相符合,10例得到确诊,根据诊断情况采取了相应的治疗措施,1例否定了术前诊断。结论腹腔镜对急腹症患者有确定诊断和治疗的作用,安全有效,术后康复快,住院时间短。Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopy in diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis of 39 patients receiving laparoscopic diagnosis and treatment of acute abdomen.Results 28 patients were in accord with diagnosis before operation,10were confirmed and performed corresponding treatment.1 were not.Conclusion Laparoscopy is a valuable method to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of acute abdominal pain and offers a promising modality of treatment,it is safe and effective,with the advantage of short hospitalization and quick recovery
