胆囊穿孔的超声诊断分析

摘　　要：目的探讨超声检查对胆囊穿孔的诊断价值。方法对12例临床怀疑胆囊疾病并穿孔的患者行超声检查,并与手术结果对照分析。结果超声检查胆囊穿孔,诊断准确率达91.6%,频率适当增高(5～7.5MHz),能够更清楚显示穿孔部位。结论超声检查胆囊穿孔准确性高,适当增高频率对穿孔部位判断更有价值。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of sonograph for perforation of gallbladder.Methods Twelve cases of gallbladder perforation examined by ultrasonography were compared with the surgical operation.Results For all cases,the ultrasound detecting gave an accuracy of gallblad-der perforation,diagnostic accuracy rate of 91.6%.Augmenting aptly frequency of probe（5~7.5MHz）,could show the perforation of gallbladder more clearly.Conclusion Ultrasonography can make relatively accurate diagnosis for the gallbladder perforation,increased frequency of probe befittingly wound have more worth for determining the perforation spot.
