白术黄芪汤及有效成分对溃汤性结肠炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的研讨白术黄芪汤及其有效成分对溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法采用三硝基苯磺酸(TNBS)灌肠法对小鼠进行造模,对其疗效进行综合评价,观测指标为:髓过氧化物酶(MPO)活性。结果白术黄芪汤及其有效成分对造模小鼠的MPO活性均有一定疗效;有效成分组方疗效略优,与模型组比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论白术黄芪汤及其有效成分对小鼠溃疡性结肠炎均有一定疗效。Objective Discussion of Astragalus Atractylodes Decoction and its effective parts of ulcerative colitis.Methods Trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid（TNBS） enema on mice modeling,a comprehensive evaluation of its efficacy,observations are as follows：myeloperoxidase（MPO） activity.Results Astragalus Atractylodes Decoction and its effective parts of the MPO activity in mice modeling have a certain effect;Active Fraction slightly better efficacy,compared with model group,the differences were significant（P0.01）.Conclusion Astragalus Atractylodes Decoction and its active fractions on mice with ulcerative colitis have a certain effect.
