摘　　要：目的探讨超声内镜(EUS)指导内镜黏膜下剥离(ESD)切除胃间质瘤的治疗价值。方法分析20例来源于胃固有肌层的黏膜下肿瘤(SMT)(肿瘤直径≤12mm)的EUS特征,对其进行内镜黏膜下剥离治疗,并将检查结果与术后病理结果进行对照。结果 20例病变一次性完整切除,术后病理诊断为胃平滑肌瘤4例,胃间质瘤14例,胃神经纤维瘤1例,胃血管球瘤1例。结论 EUS指导内镜黏膜下剥离(ESD)切除治疗胃间质瘤是安全、有效的方法,可完整切除病变,提供完整的病理学诊断资料,达到与外科手术同样的治疗效果。[Objective] To evaluate the value of endoscopic ultrasonography （EUS） guided endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） for the treatment of gastric stromal tumors. [Methods] The EUS features of 20 patients with submucosal tumor （SMT） （diameter≤12mm） originated from the muscular is propria layer were studied, EUS guided endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） for the removal of the SMT , and the results were compared with the postoperative pathological findings. [Results] 20 lesions were completely resected with ESD, were diagnosed pathologically as gastrointestinal stromal tumor for 14 lesions,leiomyoma for 4 lesions, gastric neurofibroma for 1 lesion, and gastric glomangioma for 1 lesion. [Conclusion] EUS guided endoscopic submucosal dissection （ESD） is an effective and safe endoscopic surgical procedure method to resect gastric stromal tumors, and it can resect whole lesion at a time.
