某医学院学生心理健康状况及影响因素分析  

Analysis of psychological health and influential factors in Xiangya medical students

摘　　要：目的了解该院医学生的心理健康水平及影响因素。方法整群抽样抽取该校医学生850名,使用自制一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、社会支持量表、大学生生活事件量表、应付方式量表和艾森克个性简式量表进行测试和评定。结果①该校医学生人际关系、敌对和偏执因子均分低于全国常模(P<0.05);女生躯体化、强迫、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性6个因子均分低于男生(P<0.05);不同年级医学生强迫、人际关系2因子有显著性差异(P<0.05)。②该校医学生心理问题总检出率为7.88%,不同年级和性别医学生心理问题检出率不同(P<0.05);常见的心理症状有强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁等。③医学生心理问题的影响因素有学习问题、习惯改变、神经质、父母关系、对所学专业兴趣、积极应付和内外倾向,决定系数R2为0.415。结论该校医学生心理健康状况普遍较好,应从中吸取成功经验,增加心理教育的有效手段,进一步提高心理健康水平。【Objective】 To evaluate psychological health status and analyze its influential factors of students in Xiangya medical school.【Methods】 850 medical students were took by random cluster sampling and tested by the basic circs investigation,Symptom Checklist-90（SCL-90）,Social Support Rating Scale,College Students Life Events Rating Scale,Coping Style Rating Scale and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire（EPQ）.【Results】 Compared with the countrywide youngster ordinary model,the scores of In,Ho and Pa of medical students in this college are all lower（P 0.05）;Boys＇ scores were higher than girls in So,Ob,Pa,An,Ho and Ps（P 0.05）;In Ob and in,the distribution in different grades was obvious different（P 0.05）.The incidence rate of the psychological disease in medical students was 7.88%（The 95% confidene intervals is 6.07% to 9.69%）,and different grades and sex had different rates.The familiar problems are Ob,In and De.The influential factors were learning problem,shift of custom,neuroticism,the relation of parents,interest for the specialty,positive coping manners,introversion and extraversion.The coefficient of determination is 0.415（R2 =0.415）.【Conclusion】 The students of this college have a good status of psychological health,we must absorb successful experience and acquire more educational efficient ways,in order to improve our psychological health capability.
