两种方法染色处理速生杨木单板

摘　　要：采用热浸法和冷压法对速生杨木单板进行染色处理,利用紫外可见分光光度计研究染液质量分数、染色时间、染色温度及助剂等因素对速生杨木单板染色效果的影响。结果表明:两种方式对速生杨木单板进行染色处理都取得了较好的上染率,而热浸法的染色效果较冷压法要好。This paper deals with the dyeing treatment of the veneer from fast-growing poplar using heat-infusing and cold-pressing methods.The influences of dye-liquor concentration,dyeing time,dyeing temperature and auxiliaries on the effect of dyeing are studied using ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer.Both of the two methods show an increased rate of dye uptake,and the effect of heat-infusing is better than that of cold-pressing.
