摘  要:目的研究淠河总干渠大型底栖动物分布及水质状况。方法于2009年5月—2010年3月,对淠河总干渠六安段进行水质理化监测与大型底栖动物群落生态调查,并采用生物多样性指数(H)和综合污染指数(K)评价水质。结果共检出底栖动物21种,隶属于3门5纲6目13科。优势种是中国圆田螺(Cipangopaludina chinensis)、方格短沟蜷(Semisulcospira cancellata)、湖沼股蛤(Limnoperna lacustris)、萝卜螺(Radix auricularia)。淠河总干渠K值为0.80,H值为2.08,水体质量为中度污染;秋、冬季水质好于春、夏季;横派头、焦厂渡口、罗管闸水质好于解放南路桥、樊通桥。结论淠河总干渠六安段底栖动物种类变化不明显,水质主要为中度污染。Objective To study the distribution of macrobenthos and water quality in Pihe River.Methods From May,2009 to March,2010,ecological surveys on macrobenthos community and water quality monitoring were conducted in Pihe River.The water quality was assessed by bio-diversity index(H) and integrated pollution index(K).Results Twenty-one macrobenthos species from 3 phylum,5 class,6 order and 13 family were collected.Cipangopaludina chinensis,Semisulcospira cancellata,Limnoperna lacustris and Radix auricularia were the dominant species.The integrated pollution index(K) was 0.80.The bio-diversity index(H) was 2.08.The water quality of Pihe River was contaminated moderately.The indexes were as following.Hengpaitou,Jiaochangdukou,LuoguanzhaJiefangnanluqiao,Fantongqiao and winter,autumnspring,summer.Conclusion The water in Pihe River has been moderately contaminated.No obvious change on the species of macrobenthos happened in Pihe River.
