摘 要:目的掌握瑞金市高砷地区和地方性砷中毒病区分布情况。方法于2006年8月—2007年7月,在存在高砷区成因的地区抽取8个乡镇10个行政村的2 027口水井水样进行高砷水筛查;抽取水砷含量最高的自然村进行居民地方性砷中毒病情普查。结果共检测水样2 027件,超标水样147件,超标率为7.25%。水砷含量>0.05 mg/L的水样有35件,占超标水样的23.81%(35/147)。超标水样主要集中在叶坪乡谢屋排村、下罗村,占超标水样总数的97.96%(144/147),两村水砷含量超标率分别达42.47%和24.52%,水砷含量最高值分别达0.250、0.134 mg/L。饮用水砷超标暴露人口1 082人,占筛查人口总数的4.65%(1 082/23 287);其中,饮用水砷超标暴露儿童314人,占筛查儿童总数的3.75%(314/8 381)。在4个水砷含量最高的自然村进行病情普查,发现轻度、疑似地方性砷中毒患者10名,患病率2.26%(10/442)。结论瑞金市局部地区存在高砷水源,并对当地居民健康造成了损害。Objective To know the distribution of the high arsenic areas and endemic arsenism in Ruijin,Jiangxi.Methods Wells with sample size of 2 027 were chosen from ten villages in eight countries in high arsenic areas from August 2006 to July 2007,the arsenic content of water and endemic arsenism were investigated.Results The arsenic content of 147 water samples from 2 027 water samples exceeded standard limit,accounted for 7.25%,and the arsenic contents of 35 water samples were over 0.05 mg/L.The maximum levels of arsenic content of two high arsenic villages were 0.250 and 0.134 mg/L,and 1 082 people exposed to high arsenic via drinking water,accounted for 4.65% of all 23 287 local investigated people,among high arsenic exposure people,314 were children,accounted for 3.75%(314/8 381).Conclusion There still are some high-arsenic water sources in Ruijin,Jiangxi and it will be harmful for the health of local people.
