摘  要:在生产和日常生活中,重金属污染物可通过皮肤、呼吸、消化道等多种途径进入人体,导致生殖器官和生精细胞受损,从而使得内分泌紊乱,引起生殖相关基因的异常表达,影响男(雄)性生精细胞凋亡的正常进行,导致精液质量降低,精子数量减少,精子畸形增多,甚至不育。笔者综述了铅、汞、镉、镍、锰、砷等重金属对生精细胞的毒性作用研究进展,为研究重金属对雄性生殖毒性的内在机制、防控重金属的雄性生殖毒性提供基础资料。In the production and daily life,heavy metals may intrude our life as pollutant and enter our bodys through the skin-contact,the breath and the gastrointestinal absorption and so on,which make the reproductive organ and the spermatogenic cell damaged,the autocoid substance abnormally secreted and the reproduction related genes expressed abnormally.All of these will affect the normal apoptosis of male spermatogenic cell,resulting to the seminal fluid quality reduced,sperm quantity decreased,the teratospermia increased and even infertility.For investigating the intrinsic mechanism of the toxicity on reproduction correlating with the heavy metal contamination,to provide some informaions for prevention and control of heavy metal poisoning,it is necessary to review the relationship between the cytotoxicity of male spermatogenic cell and the heavy metal pollutant,such as plumbum,hydrargyrum,cadmium,nickel,manganese,arsenic and so on.
