摘　　要：企业资源计划(ERP)是将企业所有资源进行整合集成管理,即将企业的物流、资金流和信息流进行全面一体化管理的信息系统。提出了基于Web的ERP售后服务系统开发方案,论述了系统的分析与设计过程,对所采用的分布式多层结构模型做出分析,提出开发采用的设计语言和数据库,并探讨了实现过程中的关键技术。ERP is an integrated enterprise to integrate all resources management, and upcoming enterprise＇s logistics, capital flow, information flow to conduct a comprehensive integrated management information system. Presents a Web-based ERP service system development programs, discusses the system analysis and design process, analyzes the distributed multi-layer structure model, presents the database used in the design and discusses the key technologies in the implementation process.
