摘　　要：研究了电机轴台阶圆角开式冷挤压过程中金属的流动规律以及不同工艺组合下的变形程度值和轴向镦粗情况,并与实验结果进行对比验证,从而得到完全成形和基本成形时的变形程度和圆角半径的取值范围,给出了阶梯轴开式冷挤压成形有关过渡圆角挤压的可行范围。Study about the rule of metal flow in the shoulder fillet of shaft parts open-die cold extrusion process,deformation value and continuous upsetting situation under different combined processes. Then made the comparsion verification with the experimental results. The deformation and the range of round-corner radius were obtained under the situation of perfectly formed and basically formed. Finally,the extent practicable of the fillet extrusion process in multi-diameter shaft open-die cold extrusion process were given.
