摘  要:介绍电动客车空压机和动力转向油泵驱动机组的结构与工作原理,对电动客车的空压机进行设计,对影响电动客车空压机性能的关键因素容积效率进行分析,得出压力比、余隙容积系数、多变过程指数与容积效率之间的关系,分析压力比、余隙容积系数对容积效率的影响,并提出为提高容积效率而采取的措施。最后进行了实车试验,试验表明为驱动机组设计的空压机满足汽车用压缩机技术条件。Introduces the structure and the working principle of power unit which drives air compressor and powering steering pump used iu electric buses. The air compressor used in electric buses is designed. The volumetric efficiency which is the key factor of impacting air compressor was analysed. The relationship between pressure ratio ,residual gap volume coefficient ,changeable process index and the volumetric efficiency were obtained. The influence of the pressure ratio and residual volume coefficients on the volumetric efficiency is analysed. The measures were put forward in order to improve the volumetric efficiency. The air compressor was tested in the real vehicle. The test showed that the air compressor designed for power unit can satisfy the technology conditions of compressor used in automobile.
