电针加穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症40例临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察电针加穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,两组患者均以脐周八穴为主进行电针治疗,治疗组在此基础上加以穴位埋线治疗。30天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后记录患者体重、体重指数(BMI)、腰围的变化并据此统计疗效;同时检测患者甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FBG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)等指标的变化。结果治疗组总有效率87.5%,对照组总有效率75.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组患者血清TG、FINS、HOMA-IR与本组治疗前及对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组TG、FINS、HOMA-IR及两组患者FBG的下降差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电针加穴位埋线治疗单纯性肥胖症疗效肯定,且对TG、FINS有一定的控制,可改善单纯性肥胖症胰岛素抵抗状态。Objective To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture plus catgut implantation at acupoint on simple obesity.Methods Eighty cases were randomized into treatment group and control group,40 in each.Electro-acupuncture was applied mainly at the 8 points around the umbilicus for both groups,in addition,the catgut implantation at acupoint was given for the treatment group.Thirty days of treatment as one course,two courses in succession.Then the body weight,body mass index（BMI）,and the changes of waist circumference were recorded,meanwhile the triglycerides（TG）,fasting blood glucose（FBG）,fasting insulin（FINS）,and HOMA insulin resistance index（HOMA-IR） were detected.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5% and that of the control group was 75.0%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）.TG,FINS,and HOMA-IR of the treatment group,compared with before treatment and with the control group after treatment,were statistically different（P〉0.05）.TG,FINS,and HOMA-IR of the control group and the decrease of FBG of both groups were not statistically different（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Electro-acupuncture plus catgut implantation at acupoint for simple obesity is good in effect,and it helps to control TG and FINS,and improves the HOMA-IR of simple obesity patients.
