摘　　要：本文从精细化管理的角度总结了我院在成本管控细化、数据化和信息化方面的具体做法,着重强调了目前管理所面临的三大问题,即成本效率问题、执行力问题和业务衔接问题,提出了借助信息化手段、实施精细化管理是解决上述问题的有效方法,最后总结了我院在成本管理方面的体会,并提出建立一套高效运行的医院经济管理信息系统是医院实施成本管控的必备条件。The article summarizes concrete measures in fineness, datamation, and informatization of cost control based on theory of fineness management, strongly emphasizes the three problems, which are cost-efficiency problem, executive force problem and business link problem turning up, in management at present, and presents that the effective methods to solve the problems are using informatiza- tion technology and implementing fine management. In the end, it summarizes our experience in hospital cost control and puts forward that establishing an effective system of hospital economic informatization management is the essential condition of hospital cost control.
