摘  要:三辊行星轧制中,轧辊轧件接触区的分布是轧制力和轧制功率计算的基础,是轧辊外轮廓设计的重要依据。研究结合了实际轧制过程中轧辊和轧件的运动特点,引入相应的约束条件,给出接触区分布的解析表达式;在给定轧制工艺参数下,数值分析计算出接触区具体的分布情况。该方法避开了轧辊轧件线接触的假设,可给出接触区分布情况。结果显示,该分布不仅要受到行星轮公转半径、偏转角和倾斜角的影响,还与轧件进给速度和轧辊转速有关。During the three-roll planetary rolling,contact region distribution between the roller and workpiece is not only the basis of calculations of rolling force and power,but also the major basis of roll profile design.By considering the constraint conditions based on the movement characteristics of roller and workpiece in the rolling process,the analytical results of contact region distribution were obtained.Counting on the given parameters of rolling process,the specific distribution of contact region was calculated with numerical analysis.As the hypothesis of line contact between the roller and workpiece was not taken in current research,a distribution of contact region was given.The results show that the distribution is not only affected by the rotation radius of planetary gear system,offset angle and inclined angle,but also concerned with the feeding speed of workpiece and the roll speed.
