摘  要:通过对大型模锻液压机的液体工作压力选择、工作缸数量和布置型式的研究分析,并结合国内外400 MN以上大型模锻液压机的液体压力和缸布置型式、工作缸的数量及3种主要布置型式(三缸排列、九缸排列、五缸排列)与机架结构尺寸和液压系统之间的关系,确定了我国自主设计制造的800 MN大型模锻液压机的液体工作压力为63 MPa,工作缸数量和布置采用五缸梅花形排列型式。By analyzing the selection of hydraulic working pressure,quantity and arrangement of main working cylinder for large close-die forging press,and combining with the same analysis above and the relationship between three principle arrangements(three-cylinders,nine-cylinders and five-cylinders) of main working cylinder and the structure and size of the frame as well as hydraulic system for large close-die forging press with capacity over 400 MN both at China and abroad,the 800 MN large close-die forging press with hydraulic working pressure of 63 MPa,five-cylinders and arrangement of plum blossom-like pattern which was designed and manufactured by Chinese own was determined.
