摘　　要：铁路货车用侧柱加强板是典型的中厚板长大冲压件,材质为Q450NQR1,在理论分析的基础上,优化设计了冲压工艺方案,可以提高侧柱加强板零件的使用性能和加工可行性,并详细介绍了该斜刃切断模的结构和工作过程。经生产实际验证,模具操作简便、安全可靠,产品质量合格,模具已生产数万件产品,经济效益显著。Side post reinforcing plate of railway wagon is a typical medium and growth stamping plate made of Q450NQR1.Based on the theoretical analysis,stamping process was optimized and designed which could increase the service performance and manufacturability of the side post reinforcing plate.The structure and operation process of oblique cutting die were described in details.The practical processing shows that the die is simple,easy,safe,reliable to be operated and the produced workpiece is qualified.Tens of thousands of tarpaulin guard irons have been produced by the die and the economic benefits are excellent.
