生脉成骨胶囊治疗激素性股骨头坏死的实验研究

摘　　要：应用马血清和糖皮质激素联合制成股骨头坏死模型，然后给模型动物高、中、低剂量的生脉成骨胶囊治疗。结果显示马血清和激素联合应用可制出典型的股骨头坏死模型；放大 Ｘ 线片示模型组股骨近端骨密度不均，呈坏死表现；生脉成骨胶囊高、中剂量组形态接近正常；光镜下各剂量组动物股骨头内空骨陷窝率均有下降，而血管计数、成骨细胞计数均有增加，与模型组相比有显著差异 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ ；电镜下各剂量组成骨细胞功能细胞器丰富，骨细胞以成骨相和吸收相为主；骨代谢动力学检查高、低剂量组与模型组相比有显著差异 Ｐ＜ ０ ．０５ 。表明生脉成骨胶囊治疗激素性股骨头坏死的作用显著，是通过促进骨组织血管、骨髓的修复和再生。Animal models of avascular necrosis of femoral head (ANFH) were made by horse serum and glucocorticoid induction, and treated by high (H), middle (M) and low (L) doses of “SHENGMAI CHENGGU JIAONANG” (SCJ, Pulse activating and Bone forming Capsules). The results showed: (1) The horse serum and glucocorticoid induction could cause a typical ANFH in animals; (2) The amplified X rays showed ANFH manifestations in the modelled group but nearly normal morphology in H and M dose groups; (3) The optical microscopic observation showed a decrease of the rate of the intra femoral head lacunae and an increase of the number of the blood vessels and osteoblasts in all doses groups with a significant difference (P < 0.05) in comparison with the modelled group; (4) The electronic microscopic observation showed abundant functional cell organs of the osteoblasts in all doses groups, most of the osteocytes being formative and resorptive phases; (5) The bone metabolism dynamical examination showed a significant difference of H and L dose groups from the modelled one (P < 0.05). That suggested that SCJ has a significant therapeutic effect on glucocorticoid induced ANFH, especially in H dose group. It takes an effect through accelerating the repair and regeneration of blood vessels and marrow and the sequester resorption and the new bone growth.
