摘 要:将质量分数为2%的海藻酸钠(SA)与质量分数为8%的聚乙烯醇(PVA)按一定体积比混合后进行静电纺丝,研究了SA与PVA溶液的相容性及SA/PVA共混溶液性能。结果表明:SA与PVA溶液相容;随着PVA含量的增加,SA/PVA共混溶液的粘度、表面张力、电导率则降低,共混溶液的可纺性提高;静电纺丝得到的SA/PVA超细纤维的直径随着PVA含量的增加而增大;SA与PVA的体积比为(1/9)~(5/5)时,可得到形貌较好的超细纤维,且可以稳定连续进行。A blend solution was prepared by mixing 2% sodium alginate (SA) and 8% polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by mass fraction at a specific volume ratio and was electrospun into fibers. The miscibility of SA and PVA solution and the properties of SA/ PVA blend solution were studied. The results showed that SA was miscible with PVA solution; the viscosity, surface tension and conductivity were all decreased when the spinnabihy of SA/PVA blend solution was improved with the increase of PVA content; the diameter of electrospun uhrafine SA/PVA fiber was increased with the increase of PVA content. The ultrafine fiber with fairly good morphology can be produced steadily and continuously as the volume ratio of SA and PVA was 1/9 - 5/5.
