摘 要:为解决污水中的油品污染问题,将采用悬浮聚合制得的甲基丙烯酸酯共聚吸附功能纤维与涤纶和丙纶短纤维按一定比例针刺加固,制备复合针刺材料。研究了复合针刺材料对煤油、甲苯和三氯乙烯的吸附速率、饱和吸油率及保油率,讨论了混合方式对吸附性及保油率的影响,测试了复合针刺材料的重复利用率。实验结果表明:丙纶夹层复合针刺材料的吸附速率、饱和吸油率及保油率较好;以丙纶夹层复合针刺材料进行重复利用率的实验,吸附脱附过程中脱附量可以达到90%以上,吸附量略有减少,基本保持平衡,满足重复利用的要求。In order to solve the problem of oil pollution in the effluent,the copolymethacrylate fiber with absorbing function was prepared by suspension polymerization.The composite needle material was manufactured with the copolymethacrylate fiber which had been reinforced by polyester or polypropylene according to certain proportions by needling,The absorption rate,saturated oil absorption,and oil retaining rate of the composite needle material to kerosene,toluene and trichloroethylene were investigated.The influence of mixing ways on the absorption and oil retaining rate was studied.The reuse rate of the composite needle material was tested.The experiments demonstrated that the composite needle material with polypropylene layer exhibited better oil absorption rate,saturated oil absorption and oil retaining rate.The reuse rate experiment showed that its desorption amount in the absorption-desorption process was up to 90%,the absorption decreased slightly and balance was kept basically,thus meeting the requirement of reuse.
