摘  要:通过介绍服装生产线缝制工艺编排和工艺负荷平衡的基本理论,讨论服装生产线负荷平衡的基本方法。企业要提高效率,生产线的组织设计、工作人员的安排、工序的配置等成为生产管理的难点,因此,服装生产线的组织设计能为服装缝制车间提供工序编排的理论依据。结合生产中不同条件,对3种生产线组织设计的平衡方法进行分析:日产量确定时确定生产线上的作业人员数;已知作业人员数确定其在生产线中的工作内容;预先设置编制效率后确定作业人员的具体工作。研究认为,企业应以生产线的平衡作为标准进行生产线的组织设计。The article described the production line of apparel sewing process scheduling and the basic theory of load balancing process,as well as the basic method of clothing line balance.To improve enterprises efficiency,production line organizational design,task and process arrangements and so on have become difficult problems for managers.Therefore,the organizational design of apparel production line can provide a theoretical basis for apparel sewing process scheduling.According to different cases in garment making,the balance ways of three organizational designs are discussed.Firstly,the number of operators on a production line based on day production quantity was determined.Secondly,the production line task based on the number of operators was determined.Thirdly,the specific task for operators based on pre-set production efficiency was determined.It is suggested that enterprises should take the standard production line balancing as the organizational design for standard clothing production line.
