摘 要:为了提高旋流泵的扬程与效率,基于雷诺时均Navier-Stokes方程和标准kε-湍流模型,应用三维无结构四面体网格及Simplec算法,利用计算流体力学软件Fluent对3种不同高度差叶片旋流泵的水力性能进行了数值模拟,得到其内部流场的速度分布和压力分布情况,揭示了旋流泵在不同叶片高度时的运动规律,并对数值模拟结果进行了试验验证.结果表明:旋流泵内部存在较强的纵向旋涡和轴向旋涡,高低叶片可以改善旋流泵内部的流动情况,提高旋流泵的扬程与效率.试验研究证明了模拟结果的正确性,当旋流泵叶片的高度相差8%左右时,扬程提高0.15 m,效率提高约3%.In order to improve the head and efficiency of vortex pumps,numerical simulation was carried out on hydraulic performance of three vortex pumps with different heights of blade based on time-averaged Navier-Stokes equation and standard k-ε turbulent model using 3 dimensional unstructured tetrahedral mesh,Simplec algorithm and Fluent software,during which the velocity and pressure distribution in the interior flow field were obtained,while the law governing the interior flow of vortex pump revealed under different blade height conditions.The simulation results were subsequently verified with experimental tests.Results show that strong portrait and axial vortices exist in vortex pump;the interior flow of vortex pump may be improved by applying different heights of blade,which are favorable for improvement of the head and efficiency.Experimental results prove the numerical simulation to be accurate.When the height difference of blade is set to be 8%,the head is to be raised by 0.15 m and the efficiency be raised by 3%.
