摘　　要：建立核桃外果皮中齐墩果酸含量测定的反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC),采用色谱柱为Intersil ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇∶水∶冰乙酸(265∶35∶0.1,V/V);流速0.8mL/min;进样量20μL;检测波长为210nm;柱温30℃。结果表明,齐墩果酸进样量在0.728～7.28μg(r=0.999 7)范围内呈现良好的线性关系,齐墩果酸平均回收率(n=9)为101.1%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.44%。测得核桃外果皮中齐墩果酸含量为2.1mg/100g。该方法简便快速,结果可靠准确,重现性和稳定性好。The method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid in walnut pericarp by RP-HPLC,with the chromatographic column of intersil ODS（150 mm×4.6 m,5 μm）,the mobile phase consisted of methanol∶water∶acetic acid（265∶35∶0.1,V/V）at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min;the injection volume was 20 μL;the detection wavelength was 210 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃.The results showed that the good linear range of oleanolic acid was 0.728～7.28 μg（r=0.999 7）,and the average recovery（n=9） rate was 101.1% with RSD of 2.44%.The content of oleanolic acid in walnut pericarp was 2.1 mg/100 g.This method is simple and quick.The result is accurate and repeatable.
