摘  要:分析了一起220 kV输电线路经高阻接地时两侧保护的动作行为。该故障为电力系统中少有的非典型发展性故障。故障时两侧保护动作行为也比较复杂,两侧保护动作不一致,从表面上看令人费解,甚至有保护拒动或误动的嫌疑。然而,根据WXH-803A和RCS-902BF保护装置的原理和发生两侧故障时的录波图,对这一线路两侧保护动作行为进行深入的综合分析,从而论证了该次保护动作的正确性。The protective action behaviors of a 220 kV transmission line at both sides are analyzed, on which a trip fault occurred due to high-resistance earthing. This breakdown is an unusual non-typical developing fault in the electrical power system inducing complex protective actions at both sides of the fault. It seems that the protective actions at both sides of the fault were inconsistent and were even misoperation, however, the protective actions are proved correct according to the principles of the WXH-803A and RCS-902BF devices and the further analysis of the oscillograph.
