摘 要:芳香族合成鞣剂DT-R7299作为基质,采用COD30法、呼吸曲线法和BOD5/CODCr法对其生物降解性进行了研究,COD30法得到:基质质量浓度在0~1000 mg/L,未驯化活性污泥为1000 mg/L和pH为7的条件下,基质质量浓度为750 mg/L时最终生物降解率最大,为66.76%。呼吸曲线法得到:上述浓度范围内,基质呼吸曲线均在内源呼吸线上方,基质未对微生物产生毒害作用,均可被微生物利用,质量浓度为750 mg/L时利用率最大。BOD5/CODCr法得到此质量浓度范围内基质均可生化,750 mg/L时生化性最好。由呼吸曲线法得到污泥接种量、pH、盐度对基质生物降解性均有明显影响。经试验筛选:当污泥质量浓度为3000 mg/L,pH为8、盐度为0.5%时,750 mg/L基质的生物降解性最好。The methods of COD30,respiratory curve and BOD5/CODCr were adopted to evaluate the biodegradability of DT-R7299 aromatic retanning agent which was used as the substrate of microorganism.The main results obtained by the method of COD30 were as follows: when the concentration of substrate was 0-1000 mg/L,sludge concentration was 1000 mg/L and pH was 7,the biodegradation rate of 750 mg/L DT-R7299 was the most as 66.76%.The method of respiratory curves showed that: When the concentration of substrate mentioned above,the respiratory curves of the substrate were above the curve of endogenous,which indicated that the substrate has no inhabiting effect on microorganism,and When the concentration of the substrate was 750 mg/L,the utilization of the substrate by microorganism was the most.The main results obtained by the method of BOD5/CODCr showed that under above condition,the substrate could be biodegradation,when the concentration of the substrate was 750 mg/L,the biodegradability was the most.Moreover,as indicated in the respiratory curves,the effect of pH,sludge concentration and salinity on the biodegradability of the substrate was obvious.Under the experimental conditions,when the concentration of the substrate was 750 mg/L,pH was 8,the sludge concentration was 3000 mg/L and salinity was 0.5%,the biodegradability of the substrate was the best.
