摘　　要：作为城市中特殊的群体,刑释人员的就业问题往往被人们所忽视。其实,刑释人员的就业不仅关系到刑释人员能否顺利回归社会,更与城市的稳定发展有紧密联系。由于监禁中断了刑释人员的就业历程,当监禁结束后,几乎所有刑释人员都会面临着就业问题的困扰。为了促进刑释人员顺利回归社会,保护城市的繁荣稳定,当务之急是解决刑释人员的就业问题。这要求家庭、城市社会和政府之间必须紧密协作,建立广泛的社会支持网络。As a special group in the city,the employment issues of the released prisoners are often ignored by people.In fact,the employment of the released prisoners can not only related to the smooth returning society,more to the stable development of the city.Because the imprisonment interrupted the released prisoners＇ employment history,almost all released prisoners have to face the employment problem.In order to promote the smooth returning of the released prisoners,and to protect the city＇s prosperity and stability,the urgent task is to solve the problem of employment to the released prisoners.This article proposes that the family,society and government should be closely getting together,and establish extensive social support network.
