尘肺患者生活质量的相关因素研究

摘　　要：目的探讨影响尘肺患者生活质量的相关因素。方法采用整群抽样的方法在2008年1月至7月间随机抽取广东省3家职业病专科医院和2家慢病站的174例男性尘肺患者进行问卷调查。数据分析采用Spearman相关分析和多重线性回归分析。结果 Spearman相关分析显示焦虑、抑郁和消极应对与WHO生存质量评估简表的各领域呈负相关,与St.George’s呼吸问卷各维度测得分值呈正相关(P<0.05);积极应对、家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持、社会支持与WHO生存质量评估简表的各领域呈正相关,与St.George’s呼吸问卷各维度测得分值呈负相关(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果表明,尘肺患者生活质量与其心理健康水平、应对方式、社会支持有关。结论焦虑、抑郁、消极应对是影响尘肺患者生活质量的危险因素,而积极应对和社会支持是其的保护因素。Objective To study correlative factors of quality of life of pneumoconiosis patients.Methods Cluster sampling was applied in sending questionairs on the spot to 174 male pneumoconiosis.patients who were treated in 3 occupational disease control hospitals and chronic disease hospitals in Guangdong province in January 2008 to July.The statistical methods included spearman correlation analysis,regression analysis and so on.Results The scores of anxiety and depression given by pneumoconiosis patients themselves are negatively correlative with the scores in each field in WHO-BREFF and positively correlative with the scores of each dimension in SGRQ（P0.01） with Pearson correlation analysis.The scores of positive response,support from families,friends,social,and other support are positive correlative with the scores in each field in WHO-BREFF and negatively correlative with the scores of each dimension in SGRQ（P0.05 or P0.01）.Multiple regression analysis on correlative factors shows that the mental health level,response ways and social support is in close relationship with QOL of pneumoconiosis patients.Conclusion Anxiety,depression,negative response,positive response and social support are risk factors affecting the QOL of pneumoconiosis patients.Positive response and social support are protective factors.
