城镇女性患者生育费用影响因素的通径分析

摘　　要：目的分析影响生育费用的因素,探寻因素间内在联系,为河北省各地医保机构和卫生系统制定DRGs和费用控制提供参考。方法采用通径分析对各影响因素与生育费用的简单相关系数进行分解。结果多种因素对生育费用高低产生直接或间接的影响,住院天数通过直接作用以及经由其他自变量产生的间接作用对生育总费用的高低影响最大,其次是生育方式。结论降低剖宫产率、引导产妇向一、二级医疗机构分流、缩短住院天数等是控制生育病种费用过快增长的重要措施。Objective To analyze the factors affecting delivery expense,and to explore their inner connection,and to provide some reference for medical insurance office and health system when they constitute the measure of DRGs and expense control.Methods To disassemble the simple correlation coefficient between delivery expense and it＇s affecting factors with path analysis.Results Multiple factors have a direct or indirect affection on the delivery expense,among these,hospitalization days is most important,and secondly is delivery-way.Conclusion Decreasing the rate of U-D,diffluencing the parturient to lower-class hospital,and shorten hospitalization days and etc.are all effective measures for controlling the far fast creasing expense.
