摘　　要：介绍什么是职业化,用冰山理论解释职业化和专业化的不同,分析职业化与大学生的关系;提出高校图书馆应该对大学生馆员进行职业化管理的方案,把对大学生馆员的管理上升到人才培养及技术训练的高度;并从平等与参与、责任、培训、赏识激励和评价四个方面深入探讨高校图书馆如何对大学生馆员进行职业化管理。参考文献8。This paper first introduces the definition of professionalization and analyzes the differences between professionalization and specialization and the relations between professionalization and university students. Then it proposes that university library should strengthen the professional management for university student librarians and should promote this management to the level of talents training and technique training. Finally, it discusses the ways that university libraries carry on the career management of university student librarians. 8 refs.
