摘　　要：RFID技术的应用,给传统图书馆各个岗位的工作都带来了影响。一方面它使传统图书馆岗位上的工作人员从繁重的工作中解脱出来,另一方面为图书馆的业务重组和岗位变更提供了条件。参考文献10。The application of RFID technology has a great influence on the work of each post in traditional library. On the one hand it makes library staff free from the rough toil; on the other hand, it provides library the conditions of business restructuring and post setring. 10 refs.
