摘　　要：煤矿企业是我国的能源支柱产业,为推动国家发展,维护社会团结稳定起到了保障作用,但大多存在着粗放经营,管理水平落后等问题。本文提出矿井素质管理的概念,以不断提高矿井素质为矿山企业最终管理目标,通过矿井素质评价确定管理目标,并进行过程控制,优化人、财、物和管理等资源配置,促进矿井素质全面提高,逐步提升煤矿管理水平,实现企业安全、稳定、持续的发展。China＇s coal business is a pillar energy industry to promote national development and maintain social unity and stability, but there are many common problems such as extensive management, backward management level and so on. In this paper, the concept of quality management of mine is proposed. To constantly improve the quality of mine is the ultimate management goal of mining enterprises. We can determine the management objective through the quality evaluation of mines, conduct the process control, optimize resources allocation, including human, finance, material and management etc. to promote the quality of mine comprehensively, gradually raise the level of mine management, and achieve the security, stability and sustainable development of enterprise.
