摘　　要：文章通过分析河南省驻马店地区农村住宅建设的现状,指出当前驻马店地区农村住宅建设存在的以偏概全、华而不实、盲目照搬、浪费土地等问题。在分析该地区农村住宅发展趋势的基础上,提出该地区进行农村规划的设想为新型农村住宅规划建设提供理论依据。By analyzing the status of the rural residential construction in Zhumadian City, He＇nan Province, we inform that there are some problems such as taking a part for the whole, bells-and-whistles, blindly copy, wasting resources of land. Then, we propose the rural planning assumptions on the basis of rural housing developments in the area. We aim at providing theoretical basis for the new rural construction of housing planning in here.
