摘　　要：目的:本文探讨查对制度以外的缺陷差错原因并提出防范措施,以预防和减少差错的发生。方法:通过几例举证,结合自己的工作经验和感受,并参考相关文献,对有可能发生缺陷差错的事例进行分析。结论:通过对有可能发生缺陷差错的事例进行分析,进行改进,并提出防范对策,杜绝了护理缺陷差错的发生,提高了护理质量。Objective： error reasons other than check system were discussed and preventive measures were presented in this paper so as to prevent and reduce occurrence of error. Method： through several cases, the authors analyzed cases which are possibly generated error combined with their own work experience and feeling, as well as referring to relevant literature. Conclusion： through analyzing cases which are possibly generated error, the authors conducted improvement, put forwards countermeasures, prevented the occurrence of nursing errors, and improved the quality of nursing.
