摘　　要：统计过程控制（SPC）是质量管理的重要内容。该文在介绍软件过程质量管理的相关理论基础上，主要探讨了SPC特别是控制图在软件过程监控中的应用，并简单讨论软件过程改进的SPC方法。The statistical process control （SPC） plays an important aspect in quality control （QC）. This paper describes the process of quality management software based on the theory, in particular, focuses on the SPC control chart in the software process monitoring application, and a brief discussion of the SPC software process improvement methods.
