摘　　要：慢性肾病(CKD)是临床常见的严重危害人类健康的重大疾病,临床表现繁杂多样。中医药在慢性肾病治疗上具有独特优势。慢性肾病是一种正虚邪实、虚实夹杂的疾病。正虚多为气血阴阳亏损,邪实则主要表现为血瘀及湿热、痰浊等。其中"虚"、"瘀"二者贯穿肾病始终,临床表现轻重不一,尤其"瘀"之表现多不典型,更需重视。浙江省中青年临床名中医马红珍主任,业医肾病专科20余载,积淀深厚,擅以中西医结合诊治肾科诸疾,对慢性肾病的诊治有着独到见解。介绍其从"虚"、从"瘀"论治慢性肾病的经验,以飨同道。The chronic renal disease（CKD） can seriously damage the health of people.The traditional Chinese medicine has the special treatment to cure CKD.CKD is one of complicated disease which not only including deficiency of Qi,Blood,Yin,Yang,but also including blood stasis,humid heat and phlegm.＂Deficiency＂ and＂ Blood Stasis＂ penetrate the process of CKD,their clinical manifestations are manifold,especially Blood Stasis＇ clinical manifestations are always atypical,we should pay more attention.Chief Physician MaHongzhen is a well-known mid-aged doctor of TCM in Zhejiang.She engaged in the clinical of nephropathy for more than twenty years and has plentiful experience in many fields of nephropathy.,and has many Unique Opinion of treatment for CKD.This article describes Dr.Ma s treatment concept for Chronic Kidney Disease,which is according to＂Deficiency＂ and＂ Blood Stasis＂.
