中药灌肠为主的中医方案治疗流行性乙型脑炎的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察中药灌肠结合静脉滴注热毒宁注射液对流行性乙型脑炎的治疗效果。方法:将45例流行性乙型脑炎患儿随机分为两组,对照组25例予综合治疗,治疗组20例在综合治疗基础上加用热毒宁注射液及中药灌肠,观察比较两组的症状、体征、后遗症等。结果:治疗组有效率明显高于对照组。结论:中药灌肠结合静脉使用中药针剂可提高流行性乙型脑炎的疗效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of herbal enema and Reduning injection for epidemic encephalitis B.Methods：45 cases of epidemic encephalitis B were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in the control group were given comprehensive treatment.20 cases in the treatment group were given herbal enema and Reduning injection based on the control group additionally.Observe the symptom,signs and sequelae of the two groups.Result：The effective rate of the treatment group was significant than the control group.Conclusion：Combine herbal enema with tradional medicine injector can improve the curative effect of epidemic encephalitis B.
