摘　　要：血管性痴呆是一种获得性智能损害综合征,主要指脑血管病后记忆功能明显衰退以及至少一项认知功能减退。此病近年来临床发病率日益增高,针灸治疗此病方面显示出了特色及优势,但机理尚未明确。因此对近年来针灸治疗血管性痴呆机理方面的文献做一归纳总结。Vascular dementia（VD） is a kind of acquired intelligence damaging syndrome,Mainly refers to a decline of memory function after cerebral vascular disease,and at least a significant decline of cognitive dysfunction.Resent years the incidence of VD is increasing,acupuncture has shown characteristics and advantages in treating it,but the mechanism is not completely clear.Accordingly,the documents about mechanism on VD treating by acupuncture are summarized.
